A bakery and a flat.
The building of the exhibition in the outskirts has served as a bakery for nearly 300 years, since 1666. In the 19th century a confectioner's started to work here, too. The exhibition displays the complete equipment and tools of a bakery and a confectioner's. The baker's flat furnished modestly and reflecting the taste of the lower middle-class is part of the exhibition.
