Large village with 2,400 inhabitants between the Zemplén and Cserehát mountains, on road No. 3. According to records known up to now it has a history of more than 750 years. Sights: the one-time inn which was built in 1776, at present it houses the Abaúj Museum and the village library and the 11th century church.
