Village with 522 residents under the peak Kékes, to the north. The village is famous for its mineral springs. Eclectic well-room built in 1881. The former Károlyi mansion, built from 1872 to 1885, is opposite the well-room. In the vicinity there is an old maple-tree under protection, the only tree conserved of the one-time forest. Event: Car race in the Mátra hills (3rd weekend of July).
