A village with 1,434 inhabitants on the southern outskirts of Salgótarján. Some of the living houses of the village are historic buildings. The characteristic local folk costumes can be studied along with the wood carvings and the dools dressed up in folk costumes. The sandstone formations in the fields of the village are called Jewish temple by the folk-speech. Öne of the oldest English oaks is under nature protection.
