Village with 2,493 inhabitants, border crossing place to Yugoslavia (road No. 51). Exhibition of ethnographic traditions of the Orthodox and Catholic Serbian population. Both churches, originally baroque, are reconstructed in eclectic style. Assumption church (1752, 1900), Greek Orthodox church with beautiful iconostasion of the 18th century. Two nature conservation areas: park wood of Karapacsa and American uliginal cypress-wood.
