A town with a population of 10,244 about 30 km east of Baja. The Saint Anna church is in late Baroque style (1787). The synagogue was built in 1880. The neo-Classical Orczy mansion was completed in 1920. The bust of János Hunyadi is the work of Pál Kő. The windmill is a listed monument of rural architecture. The artificial mill of Felsőbácska is a monument of the history of the industry. After the village feasts in late April an exhibition of agricultural produce and vintage ball are held in September.
