in Bagamér:

Village with 2,600 inhabitants on the north-eastern part of Hajdú-Bihar county, 34 kms from Debrecen near the Romanian border. It was first mentioned in documents in 1281 by the name of Bagomer. There are plants of high botanic value on the landscape protection area, the valley of Kék Kálló, which extends over the western edge of the village. The silver linden-trees in Rétalj and the area of Malomgát, where rare flowers live, represent special natural value. Sights of the village are the monuments of World War I. and II. and the monument of the Millennium. The relics and tools of the former inhabitants can be found in the house of regional history.
