Village with 2,350 inhabitants in Tiszahát. The 15th century part of the Calvinist church was enlarged in 1797. A so called capstan-type horse-driven mill, carpentered in 1885, preserved in a perfect state makes a precious item in agricultural history. There are two separate rooms in the two-storied building of the House of Regional Culture devoted to the great son of the town, Tamás Esze and Endre Bajcsy-Zsilinszky who was the parliamentarian of the region.
