A little village with a population of 225 in the north-east of Hungary, on the right bank of the Tisza. It is accessible from Nyíregyháza on main road No. 41, 18 km from Vásárosnamény. The monument building of the Protestant church was built in Baroque style in 1797. It is a popular holiday resort due to its natural attractions. The quality of the water of the river is excellent.
